How do I pay my deposit and balance?
You can pay by credit card through our secure website. Place your deposit. We will email you to confirm receipt of any payments for your record.

How will I send my measurements and preferences through?
We will e-mail you for measurements and design preferences at the appropriate  time i.e. 2 months before your agreed dispatch date.

How long does delivery take?
For the Republic of Ireland and UK delivery we offer a 24hr and 48hr service. For USA and the rest of the world delivery normally takes 4-5 working days. *Canada and Australia deliveries can take 1-2 days longer.

How much does delivery cost?
ROI and UK delivery is approximately £30 (including insurance)
USA, Canada and the rest of the world is approximately £100 (including insurance).

How do you ship the costumes?
To ensure safe delivery we pad each costume well with foam and place it in a large cardboard box.

Will I receive any accessories with my dress?
You will receive kick pants, a shawl and a tiara backing with your costume. We also include some scrap fabric so that you can make an alternative headband if you wish.

When will my costume appear in the gallery?
We aim to update the website with new styles on a monthly basis.

Are any of the dresses in the gallery for sale?
No. All of the dresses shown in the gallery are past Elevation Design customer costumes - each dress, like its owner - is unique. We do not remake or copy any of the old costumes. However you can take inspiration from the colour choices or designs.

Do the prices differ from style to style?
Yes - refer to the style pages for details..

Where can I purchase pre-owned elevation costumes?
You can purchase pre-owned costumes at Kennedy Irish Dance.
